Support
Help with Tresvil’s affirmation audio app for iPhone, including permissions, playback, imported audio, and troubleshooting.
01
The app is for writing affirmations, combining them with a chosen or recorded voice and a background sound, and creating a finished track on an iPhone.
02
The app requests permission when you use a feature that needs access to the microphone, photos, notifications, or selected files. iOS controls these permissions, and you can review them later in Settings.
If you decline a permission, the related feature may be unavailable, but other parts of the app can still be used where they do not depend on that permission.
03
Finished tracks are designed to keep playing when the screen turns off or while you use another app. Device audio controls, connected headphones, and other apps can affect the active audio session.
Tracks can be organized into collections and given cover artwork. These choices help organize a personal library; they do not change the audio inside a track.
Switch a finished track to “Affirmations Only” to hear its spoken affirmation layer without the background sound.
Subscription functionality is part of the product. Content you have already created is intended to remain playable regardless of subscription status.
04
Exact behavior can vary with the app version, iOS version, device storage, connected audio devices, and the source of imported files. These checks are a good starting point:
Confirm device volume, the selected audio output, available storage, and that the latest available app and iOS updates are installed.
If recording, artwork, or reminders are unavailable, review the app’s microphone, photo, and notification access in iPhone Settings.
For an imported sound, confirm the file is accessible on the iPhone and can be played from its source. If an import still fails, note the file type and where it came from.
Close and reopen the app, then restart the iPhone if needed. If you contact support, keep the existing track or project while the issue is being reviewed.
05
Email Tresvil with a short description of what happened. Helpful details include the iPhone model, iOS version, app version, the action you were taking, and what you expected to happen.
Do not send a personal recording or affirmation text unless you decide it is necessary for the support request.
